• Weapon hire and usage of ammunition
• Taxidermy packaging
• Trophy insurance and shipment
• Telephone costs
• Transport to other areas on clients request
• Personal items
• Hotel and airfares before and after Safari
• Tips
• Aiport tax
• Insurance
• Medical aid

TERMS OF PAYMENT

To book your Safari at Beenbreck a Safari Contract has to be completed and a 50% deposit of the daily fees are payable in advance. The outstanding amount of the daily fees and the trophies are to be settled before departure. Cancellation: No refunds will be paid.
